Just Cuts Burwood

I wanted a haircut i walked in and the girl at the counter asked if i had been there before i said yes she asked for my phone number so she could look it up on there system i said it to her 4 or 5 times and she didnot understand me, if she cannot do something simply like that there is no way i am trusting her to cut my hair - i went to another hairdresser

I may not come back for our next haircut... Its a hit or missed, needs more consistency especially on the small details like making sure the side burns length is same on both sides etc. I don't see the value of paying 50+ every visit and get that kind of results.

Bad bad bad bad bad. Will not recommend to go here for a haircut. Really a terrible experience. The barber even don’t know what she is doing.

I asked for bob style hair cut. And few moment later, it looked like ‘mushroom ‘hair style . The lady did for me, she said my hair took so long to have done. She could finish 3 people instead. Never come back !!!

Been getting haircuts here for over ten years, generally no complaints - quick, easy and not too expensive. Never really asked for anything fancy though, so your mileage may vary depending what you're after. Staff are always very pleasant and wait times are generally not too bad.

Nice lady, cut my hair a little shorter than wanted but ended up great. Layers were done beautifully.

Staff are very friendly, however though. Brought my son & myself to get a haircut & we were unfortunately butchered. Absolutely the worse haircut that I have ever experienced. My poor son had very prominent patches everywhere. My haircut felt it was a 5 minute job but still was charged $32. Never will I set foot in any Just Cuts ever ever ever again. Still sick to my stomach.

I went for a bob cut hair today. The white lady who did my hair was so rude. She asked me if I needed blow dry and I said yes, then she started telling me that she doesn’t have time to blow dry my hair and I should have told her before the hair cut. She acted like she was doing a favour for free.I told her I didn’t know because last time when I came the other lady asked me while she was cutting my hair. She said she knows better about haircut when I asked her how can we know that hair is done if its wet. She ended up blow drying but my bob cut turned into mushroom hair. I don’t know if she cuts bob cut same way with everyone or she just messed with mine.
