Chemist Warehouse Lilydale

What a joke. I will never shop here again, got treated like a thief outside the store by 2 employees. We hadn't even been shopping here as we used as a cut through to carpark. Even though the girl could see the reciept from another store they were still very rude and abrupt .Very pathetic the way we were treated. A complaint has been made to head office! And I'd rather help out smaller pharmacies.

Worst customer service in this chemist shop.Went today with my overseas guest to buy few perfumes and we tested so I picked up couple of bottles and extra things from the store and paying for them. There was another cheap perfume Bottle ( what already opened not wrapped ) was there I tried that and the staff told me not to open that so put it back . When I was going to pay for the items one staff member asked me aren’t you going to pay for that bottle (what I didn’t opened) I said I wanna to pay for what I am going to buy few others perfumes and other stuffs than three staff members stand and block my way in the middle of store and said I can’t leave without paying for that perfume bottle what I didn’t opened just tested opened perfume bottle it was just $ 12 because I tested that so I have to pay for that absolutely disgusting and disrespectful way those three girls treated me I felt so humiliated. It’s absolutely pathetic to force someone to pay for the things even they didn’t buy. I forced to pay $15( what I didn’t even buy)for my freedom and walk out from store left all Things behind as well. I read others reviews as well not only me they are treating almost every person like a thief there. Already raised issue with HEAD OFFICE and looking for other options as well(If I didn’t get any answer from them)two girls named Britney and Kiara and one more girl didn’t tell her name were so rude and Disrespectful.BEWARE EVERYONE DON’t GO HERE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and HUMILIATED SERVICE.

Will never use this chemist again.Got my script filled and then walked it over to the counter to pay for it.Girl at the register stated that I was given 4 boxes and that she only had 3.I questioned her stating I was just at the prescription pick up and walked straight to her. She made a huge scene with people behind me again accusing me of only giving her 3 boxes.. I told her to check the cameras asI'd given her what I had. The pharmacistWalked over to see what was going on and the rude checkout girl had missed the extra box I a container next to her..No apology what so ever!!!!!

I asked for a receipt, instead as part of a database building exercise,they refused and insisted on obtaining my phone number.Poor form, a good thing other chemist warehouse are willing to give receipts or any Amcal chemist .

At times this store is the busiest chemist I have ever been to. Avoid busy times. Well stocked for just about every item you can think of but sometimes too much choice is a problem. Narrow aisles can also be a problem. They have a reminder service for medications and look after your scripts.

I've never been so insulted as I was yesterday.Whilst browsing & taking my time I was followed around the store by several staff members like a common thief...It seemed very obvious to me as to what they were doing.I was so upset by this I had to say something. A staff member stated they do this so they can assist shoppers. Throughout this I was never approached to see if I needed assistance.I vowed that I would never shop here again.It's a awful store anyway. No room to get two trolleys passing down an isle. It's difficult to find what your looking for. And there's always ladders & other items always blocking isles. This store is not even worth the one ⭐ I had to add.

You know how usually when you drop off a script, you browse the other products or do your grocery shopping while you wait? Don't even bother with that here; just jump straight into the line to collect.They'll say 15 minute wait" until you can pick up your script but the line to collect your medication will take at least that long. After doing my grocery shopping today

I went there today for a quick shop with a list of a few things. I must have looked a bit lost because Ashleigh who was stocking some shelves immediately offered to help. She was great and helped me find all the things on my list quickly so I could get back to my sick partner. Thanks Ashleigh!

Treated like a common thief:I went to chemist warehouse to fill a script and purchase a few items. I went to pay for the filled script and items when the beeper went off. I was with two little kids and my friend at the time. We had just been to the supermarket previously. My daughter often pulls things off the shelf and puts it in the trolley hoping this wasn't the case I allowed staff to go through the whole trolley obviously willing to pay for anything. It appeared an item I previously purchase had no scanned correctl y. It all appeared fine until a week later my neighbour went the chemist warehouse. She was cornered by two staff who told her I had not paid for a $10 item and she needs to pay or I must return and do so. Also mentioning this case has been referred to the Lilydale police station???Obviously I phoned up immediately and paid regardless of it I had paid or not! This was an easy mistake, if I hadn't paid! The staff had gone and watched us on CCTV and sent it to the police .. ! I am sorry but this is a huge overreaction over one item! The staff I spoke with said it appeared to be an obvious mistake and the police will be told I had paid. I USED to shop here 1-2 a week spending at least $100-200 a month. I will never ever shop here again after the way we were treated! Being referred to the police over $10 that was very clearly and accident, I was managing two very young kids with my toddler who will often cry and try to pull things off the shelf. I am still in awe over the way we were treated and cannot believe this was referred to the police. Shocking staff, terrible store. I will happily spend more elsewhere for better customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this circus of a store !
