The online ordering was simple and effective. Delivery was on time as requested for the following day. My granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with the order. A picture of the confirmed delivery would have been good. Otherwise everything about the order, delivery and presentation was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Used them before few times and always very happy with quality and delivery. But this time I ordered my flowers day before, first they called me following day that they don’t have the color I wanted which is understandable so I chose different one but than the flowers never got delivered, with excuse that no one was there ( delivery address was restaurant so there is all day someone or they could of leave it in reception) no call from anyone, no email, nothing, had to call this morning my self and chase it. Very disappointed about this one, as it was for special occasion for first day restaurant opening

Everything was perfect! Ordering through their website was easy, the delivery time was respected, the arrangement was beautifully presented, the quality and matching colours of the flowers was well thought, my daughter was truly enchanted with the flowers and the chocolates and I am extremely grateful with you. I actually live in France and your excellent service helped me to mark my daughter's day as a special day, and for that, I am very very grateful. I will definitely order from you again. Thanks again!

Paid the money and never received the flower after it said that it was delivered in the phone message. After that no one answered the phone when I tried to call them to find out what is happening. Very annoying.

I had a mistake with my order and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. They treated me like a human unlike a place I used in Nobbys that was so rude during a funeral for that matter. Ive been using Roses Only for a couple years but they have cemented my loyalty now with how I know how great they are when something doesn't go to plan. That's how you know it's a good company. The year of free delivery is great value too! No where else does that. And great promos!

Ordered for a friend's Birthday. End up I have to find out by myself that no flowers received (no updates regarding the delivery) and no surprises made... So disappointed! The delivery service is so poor! My order is HBKMF

Really friendly and helpful staff, deducting a star as my planned surprise gift of flowers & fruit hamper arrived hours apart in two shipments, rather than the single shipment promised. The team are definitely really good though, would use them again for sure but wouldn't combine the two shipments next time if organising a surprise - Id' just do either flowers or a hamper.

Ordered a dozen long stem roses only to receive 4 long 4 medium 4 short, plus paid premium ASAP delivery which I didn’t receive.Please do not buy flowers from this company,For yourself or loved ones to save you major disappointment or embarrassment.
