Coles Warringah

I had a late afternoon appointment inBrookvale, so thought I'd call in for acouple of items.Was not happy they did not have what Iwanted and had to wait till I got back tomy vehicle parked at the station and buyfrom my local store.

Like most supermarkets it was a bit busy but that's ok, I am sure weekends would be busier . For me it was a in and out stop but seemed pretty big inside..

Livibg the new store layout. Looks so much more professional and so much easier to get around. I can't find any area on your website at Coles Waringah Mall that allows you to make recommendations about good customer service.I particularly wanted to mention two ladies, Funula and Vanessa for their excellent customer service.

Great looking supermarket, parking is so close to the entrance.Good Range

Needs more actual checkouts operational rather than the 'self service' variety.

This is one of the bigger Coles stores in the area and as you would expect if has a greater range of goods than other nearby Coles stores. Because parking is mall parking, you can seem to be further away from the store than you would be at other locations, but you will usually get a place near the best Coles entrances once you are familiar with the parking lot lay out.

Brilliant store Fruit is delicious so much choice in food ... will be shopping here again ..

My wife had a horrible experience picking up an online order from Warringah Coles. The electric water flossers she ordered were in stock when she placed the order. She saw in the emails that her items were replaced with floss picks this morning which is a joke itself. Hence she called the Coles customer service who in turn called the store & confirmed that they'll give her the mini electric water flossers as substitutes instead. She also confirmed that she could call him back for help if there's any issue. However, the manger in the store didn't honor the promise when she went & tried to pick up the order. He said the mini electric water flossers weren't in stock at the first place hence he couldn't do it. However, when she walked with him to the section & found them he then said he couldn't do it due to the system. The manager tried to say that it's not his/his staff fault claiming that it's all set by Coles. However, Coles customer service said it's set by individual stores. He lied about no appropriate substitutes at the first place so it's not surprising that he tried to blame it on the system. My wife called Coles customer service again. The lady who picked up her call said she couldn't transfer the call to the first customer service my wife spoke with & her supervisor refused to pick up the call as well. My poor wife traveled 2 hours to pick up the order based on their promise & spent almost an hour in the store trying to sort things out. She was understandably very upset. She cancelled the order & didn't want to deal with Coles anymore. Complaint was lodged. Will post an update on other product review websites if we hear from Coles.

Coles Warringah Mall in Brookvale is my usual. Closest and favourite supermarket. I buy most of groceries et via online shopping home delivery. And small top up shops in store.

Went in for a quick bit of sustenance on a budget and left with a $2.75 bar of chocolate. Large, clean store, found what I was looking for very quickly
