If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Van, the owner, is a thief, and treated me awfully. She took my money - FOR MY WEDDING - and delivered no flowers, and then refused to give any refund. It devastated me and my family. She was completely unfair and horrible to us. She is a SCAM! Do NOT buy from her!

I've bought many bunches and bouquets of flowers from Hello Poppy Lane and am always amazed at how long they last compared to other florists. Always a wide range of blooms to choose from and Van has often made something up while I waited.Such a clever business woman too, recognising a gap in the market for eat in and takeaway traditional Vietnamese food and pre-prepared meals for me to have at home. Everything is so yummy, especially the garlic prawns.
