From the moment you walk through Lily’s gate a sense of calm comes over you…Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and Trichotillomania and it was difficult getting her to the first appointment but after that she looked forward to her sessions with Lily.Lily is professional and at the same time feels very quickly like family. We are so grateful to have found Lily and have her guidance and support for our daughter.

What an absolute Angel Lily has been to our entire family! My son began seeing her a couple of years ago after he’d been through some very tough emotional challenges that I was honestly having trouble navigating through myself as a parent. Lily has been able to support my son in many ways, building a strong relationship with him that has most definitely aided him to move through these tough times, giving him not only confidence but also real life tools to help him in many ways. I have a deep gratitude for all that Lily has done for my son and my family, words really can’t give it justice!

I contacted Lily because we had been experiencing big emotions from my 5 year old, sensory issues not liking loud noises, not liking clothing. We had been through some very big traumatic events (scary birth, medical procedures, covid, moving etc)My son was having very very angry outbursts all day everyday it seemed. We had started working with a playful parenting coach but it wasn't getting to the bottom of it. I really felt that it was trauma related, I had also read a book on healing childhood trauma and I thought it was perhaps birth related or from one of the other big events. We have only been working with Lily 5 weeks. But it transformed our lives from the first day. He came back home after his session, on air! Happy and contented....I just feel so sad we had had this going on so long and hadn't known, but at least we found her now.He now sees Lily weekly. We were on the path for an Autism Review but I can 100% say our life is transformed, this is not needed and that it was because he had emotions that need to be seen and released. It seems a bit out there but this week he sat down and cried about all these different things that happened when he was in my tummy. There's no way I could have put those thoughts there, we haven't talked about it. He asked me why I went to the museum so much. We lived in Geneva and the museum was next door, but we moved when he was 8 months old.I know that it works because he started getting very unsettled this week, my husband had a medical procedure which I think unsettled him. He saw her this morning and I have my little sunshine back. Thank you Lily! - Honestly this has transformed our lives and if you have any concerns with you child its worth considering Trauma.
