Just picked up 3rd dog to use Laws', over 20 years.They really love dogs, and latest was so glad to go back there this year !Airy, tree shaded location

Just awful!What a miserable place!I don't know why the authorities don't CLOSE THIS PLACE.Auschwitz for dogs!!!

These people need to be reported. My 3 little dogs went in healthy and flea free. A week later they came out riddled in fleas, poor weight and one has want seems to be the mange. As a result we have had to take him to the vet. Now I know the reason why they are changing their name and contact information.

Used these guys over christmas and we had no dramas. The previous comments had me worried but i found the location to be perfect, shady and open. The owners were friendly and flexible and our dog came home happy and settled.

My dog prefers to be at Peters than at home !!

Firstly, the price is extremely competitive, there are no complaints there. What I do have a problem with is that our dog came home extremely underweight, she had fleas and her eyes were extremely red. I was in contact with Laws Pet Motel throughout her stay and the replies were one word responses which left me extremely unsatisfied as they said she had been eating satisfactorily, either she wasn't fed enough or she wasn't eating in which case I should of been informed when I asked the question. The owners were however extremely lenient with allowing me to extend my dogs stay and pay at a later date which I appreciate however, I still believe there needs to be more dutiful care of customers pets. I also appreciate you trimming my dogs paws as they were long. As a customer you expect to get your dog back in the same or better condition. I am not saying this is a bad dog kennel, I am simply saying adjustments could be made to make it better. I imagine it is hard work for the owners as they would have tens of animals to attend to.

Disgraceful place, should be shut down!! Left our King Charles and Rottie with Laws for a week, came home to find the Rottie covered in fleas and starving! The King Charles was presented to us wet, weeping infections in both eyes and smelling like sewerage! The owner tried to tell us he was playing in his water dish? Concerned we took him to the vet where they said his fur was covered in urine and excrement and it had gotten into his eyes. RSPCA took a report from us but nothing ever came of it. They never contacted us or the vet so I guess whatever lies they were told by Laws sounded convincing. :( Be warned!

Yery experienced and well priced

I have been using Laws Pet Motel over the last ten years for our cats and dogs. Our animals have at all times been looked after well. They have been fed well and given care. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone needing to leave their animals behind from time to time.

Owners are always happy for a chat, my cat came home in good condition. Only downside in quite restricted hours to drop off and pickup.
