As above.Also completed the required diagnostics and installed a water filter.Quote for re-grout and silicon to come.Professional, honest, excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management. I’m a new mum and James was so calm and considerate when I got a bit anxious juggling baby needs as well as chatting with James about our plumbing needs simultaneously. I’m very happy with James’ service; I really appreciated it. Will book again in future.

I called Cal about a few plumbing issues at my place, the most concerning being water damage on an external wall which has resulted in cracking. A plumber was sent quickly and the boys investigated the problem and gave me honest advice on what to do. It was all fixed within a day! They text when they're on the way so you're not waiting around all day for them to arrive which I love as well. Definitely recommend to anyone, reasonably priced for good quality service and supporting a local business too which is a huge bonus!

DODGY. Insisted that our water heater needed to be replaced until I said that I would cancel the job and get a second opinion. The plumber then agreed to replace the rubber diaphragm and the water heater worked fine after that. In other words, tried to OVER-QUOTE and sell us a new water heater when it was absolutely not required. DO NOT TRUST.

Our problem was attended to within 24 hours.The problem was under cement and difficult to locate but, Lee, the plumber found it quickly. This minimised the cost for us.We were very impressed with the importance placed on our job and the expertise of the plumber.

Im so very pleased I called Horncastle plumbing. A nice young man James came to do a job for me. He was very friendly, polite and and happy to explain in detail the job at hand. Once I accepted the quote which I was very happy with, he worked very efficiently doing a great job and cleaned up leaving no mess whatsoever. I will definitely use this company again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and anyone who's needing a plumber. It's a 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you James.
