Huawei Customer Service Center - Chatswood

Appears to be only a sale store.There was no repair on site or ability for them to send produce to a repair facility.

Rude and unprofessional service. Called in for a battery replacement, the technician tries to overcharge me. I have a cheaper quote from another huawei certified phone repair shop, so i asked if they could price match. The response was and i quote just go to the other store then". Thats certainly not a way to run a business but i guess everyone have their on way."

Horrible experience with Huawei Service Centre . Visited yesterday to replace p30 pro cracked screen and to clean usb port. They replied they don't check anything except front and back panel and the cost to replace screen is $265, so suggest me to visit Happytel service centre, Auburn. I visited Auburn and repaired my phone. They never talked me about cost and problem before repairing and charged me $319. I told them that the price is $265 as I was told from their live chat and service centre. Chatswood. They just refused and replied their discount just expired. I have been using several huawei flagships for few years and I am now done. Sorry to say but I am going to permanently ditch Huawei devices.

We went to Hurstville Huawei store yesterday they said only Chatswood store can fix the phone. We call earlier in Morning, staff told us to pop in to check if they have in stock, however, when we drop it, they said they don’t have time we need to wait until 7.30. It took us one hour drive to Chatswood, very upset. DONT BUY HUAWEI, it’s a rubbish and scam targeting Chinese people. 华为垃圾，骗中国人感情，别买华为。

Great products and customer service

My P20 Pro was pregnant. I went into Chatswood store on 12/06/2021 and one young staff helped me to check with technician whether they have battery for my phone. He told me that they would get it repaired as quick as possible. I asked if it was OK for me to come back at around 2pm next day and I was told it was alright.I arrived at the store next day at around 2pm. One shop assistant asked me what was my business and I told him I came to pick up my phone. He told me that it was not repaired yet. I said that it was good to come back at 2pm. Guess what did he say? He said : Talk to the one who told you to do so. I said I did not know whom to talk too. He asked me what was the shop assistant's name. I was speechless. As a result, I took me phone back and went to a phone shop and got the battery replaced on site and at a lower price.It was very disappointing service from Huawei Chatswood Center..

Staffs here are all very friendly,but be careful they cannot repair your computer.If you need computer repair，you should search huawei support and see what they can help you

Helpful staff... explained everything well... they did everything they could to get me the product i wanted that wasn't in stock. Also have a nice massage chair as well.
