As promised a same day quote, very surprisingly said the job would be done mid week the following week, and it was!The entire process was done via the internet, once job was done , Darren sent me pictures of the finished job( I’m away for work ). I am super impressed with the job, my roof looks brand new !Will definitely get Darren back once a year to maintain my gutters .Highly recommend you use this company based on the professionalism and the fact that they kept their word ! and I haven’t even met Darren!

Elite Cleaning WA recently power-washed my terracotta tile roof and cleaned the gutters, which had been left to gather grime for at least 15 years. Elite's booking system was friendly and efficient with good communications; the price was fair for the amount of work; the service was performed on the scheduled date and was completed safely and to a high quality by Darren who went the extra mile to present a professional job. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this service.

They did not even turn up to do the job

Darren came and cleaned our roof as promised. He sent photos of the job completed and the roof looked good. However, we have been left with significant mess around the entire exterior of the house and I can no longer get in contact with Darren. When you offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee I would have hoped for a more constructive follow up and absolutely expected that debris would have been removed. Especially as it is not just matte that can be swept up easily but caked in mess that requires pressure cleaning or a spade. Don’t use them.,The follow up message from Darren when he finally responded is below. I appear to be blocked so unfortunately can’t resolve this in a civil manner.Louise, your husband walkedaround the property with is whilewe cleaned and was happy withthe job, happy enough to pay.Obviously he is not the man ofthe house as your harassmenthas been irrational and leavingan unprovoked terrible review isbaffling as your husband washappy work the work. Your roofis also spotless. I am sick todeath of people like you leavingreviews on a sole trader tellingpeople to not use our servicewhich could potentially harm myincome. Darren was awesome, cleaned my gutters then visited my Mum's place and also cleaned her gutters to a very high standard. Friendly and efficient and exceptional value for money. Will be using Elite Cleaning again next year, thanks Darren!
