I had been looking for a dining set for a few months and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this store.I met a lady name Vivian and she was so nice so genuine and I found my table and chairs and I thought it was a good price for the quality also.I bought 4 chairs but decided to go back for more chairs because I loved them so much and another lady with blonde hair was very friendly also.The corporate office I found to be great with both deliveries I’ve had and delivery guys were very nice also.I highly recommend going in and having a look at the quality products and great service they had.Great experience !

We put a dep down on our beautiful Madrid sofa...Viven was great explained that we will have at least a 4mth wait could be more ....which is fine ...actually the whole sales team were lovely

The team at Catalano Essendon have been extremely helpful in helping me find my perfect lounge, and with Jack's recommendations I chose the Harbour lounge. It'll be 16 weeks to delivery but my experience so far has been amazing!

Purchased the Tobago chaise lounge in light grey for our living area, and the Jack 2.5 sofa bed for our spare room. Both are great quality, beautiful to look at and super comfortable. Rita (in store) was very helpful and attentive. We were told ~18 weeks for delivery, and the lounges were delivered on time this week by Steve and Josh, both of who were extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and very good at their jobs. Thanks to Rita, Steve and Josh for a great experience.

Hi guys, I bought the dining table (SaiGon Table) on the 26/01/2023. Their staff member said the table will come about 24/03/2023,also she informed us with this type table we must pay extra fee for the assemble and removal of all the box , rubbish. Agree with all the payment . After the waiting periods time, we asked when we will receive our order. They just acted with no responsibility, without any update on the order as well. At the end, we got delivered the items on 09/05/2023 meaning 6 weeks delay but it is not very surprise until the delivery driver assembled the item and then he just left all the box and rubbish away in our place but we had paid for the premium delivery fee (assemble + removal rubbish and boxes) on the date of purchase. PLEASE ! Do not come ,trust this store and stay away from them. They have no humanity and heart on them.

Bought our customised Hugo modular lounge and I have been using them for almost 4 months now. I find them very comfortable with the gliding seats while enjoying some movie time and fabric is very nice which is easy to clean with the fabric care kit that is worth to add on with your purchase. Overall lovely addition to your living space so highly recommend it as it’s worth the money.
