I love their service and the store design layout when I walk in.I also like their wallets and purses. I always go here for quality and longevity - and it shows through the tear and wear I go through in life that they stand tall through it all. Prices slightly on the higher side but managed to pick up a nice Samsonite via click and collect with cash rewards. Click and collect process was seamless and the customer service was polite and efficient. Would be great if they stocked more backpacks but understandably there is limited store space. Check online for other bags as they have many available.

Customer service was good but lady didn’t inform about the promotion going on guess bags - we were meant to get free guess gift as we spent $169 on guess bag. Luckily I checked on their website and found out about promotion.
