Not sure who those girls were who just served my wife and I ... but that was litterally the best experience I ever had getting clothes for a wedding.... I wasn’t going to spend money there but I ended up spending the money as they helped me with the best outfit I could have got

I have been buying clothes from YD for few years, because of quality and customer service. Stretch jeans, I bought from YD (Melbourne) in 2014, are still going strong, not even faded.Sadly, that was in the past. Customer service at YD Rockhampton is hit and miss, either great or just depressing. And quality of clothes has slipped immensely. I bought 3 pairs jeans in nov 2019 and they are already tearing.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mitchell in store to help us with my sons formal wear. He took the time to make my son feel comfortable and showed him options that were suited to him and the occasion. Mitchell made the whole experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend Yd Stocklands Rockhampton.

I took my son in to buy a shirt for an upcoming wedding and the girl working was on her mobile phone. We chose a shirt, took it to the dressing room to try on and she didn't still didn't offer to help. When we walked out I looked back to see her still on her phone.

Came into the store looking for some work pants and shoes and the 2 guys that were there were super helpful with assisting from getting me different size pants while I was in the changing rooms to matching the right belt and shoes for the outfit.Extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with what works well together.
