Movement Rx

I have been working with Sam from Movement RX for 2 years with Shoulder instability. Before commencing the rehab plan, Sam took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle/interests, which meant that he was able to tailor my rehab plan accordingly.Throughout the rehab, Sam organised to do an off-site session at a gym to take me through the rehab using specific equipment, and also took the time to contact my regular fitness coach to discuss my return plan and what my limitations would be. Once my shoulder returned to a normal level of mobility, Sam started working with me on building strength to prevent further injuries using a range of in house technology testing.Sam has been genuinely invested in my rehab and progress throughout my journey, and was always willing and available to respond to questions outside of an appointment.I cannot recommend Sam and movement rx highly enough!

I could not recommend Damian, Chris and the team at Movement Rx highly enough.Damian has been treating me for hip, back and shoulder issues. He is always on time, incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and has a good sense of humour too, but, the most important thing to note is that I have made heaps of progress with each of my injuries.Right from booking through to my appointments, I have found the team to be amazing - I love you guys!!

Movement Rx is physio that I have been recommending to anyone looking for one. I have been receiving treatments with Movement since August 2021 for what was to be a shoulder reconstruction and subsequent rehab and from day one, they made me feel welcome and the service was first class. This was due in part firstly to Chris who ran me through what was involved prior to and after surgery with regard to what program I would follow and in the process of following that program he always put my considerations first with regard to any aspect of what was going on. Chris was always friendly and interested in having pleasant conversation while performing physio which made the whole experience that much better. After surgery he was always careful to make sure rehab was performed without impacting recovery. When Chris had to have his own surgery, Damian took over as my physio and the professionalism, care and engagement continued at the same level as it had with Chris. Damian was always thorough in explaining the post op rehab program, how to master the exercises and modifying it to best suit me. He was thorough, quick and easy to engage in conversation with continuing the overall first-class service at Movement. From what I could see, all the other physio's who worked at Movement showed the same engagement with their patients as Chris and Damian did with me so I whole heartedly would recommend Movement Rx to anyone.

Damian is a legend!He and the team have gone above and beyond to help me rehab through both hip and knee surgery. I have been visiting the practice for over 2 years now and they continue to put a smile on my face when walking in and out of the clinic. Damian keeps my goal of becoming an elite AFL player in mind at all times and structures my rehab through specific and targeted muscle testing to best meet my goals.I have full trust in the crew at Movement Rx.

Sam is the best physio that I have seen, period. I now travel from the Sunshine coast to see Sam for treatment, and it is worth every minute. My wife and I have followed Sam from a previous location, and to now have a state-of-the-art facility like Movement RX we are very pleased. Highly recommended!!

Best Physio. I never go anywhere else. Damien has been our family Physio for over 15 years and somehow he alway manages to help us return to all the sports we love.

Highly recommend. Expert Physio’s and plans are always in the clients best interest with regards to availability and severity of injury. Location is good and environment is inviting and full of useful equipment.
