I used Trent for acupuncture for over half a year as I was struggling with anxiety and wanted to try something new. Little did I know how much it would help me and how friendly Trent was from the very start. He does so much more then just acupuncture as Trent also acts as a mentor and makes you feel you can open up to him about anything (something men don’t always do but should) with his talks before and after the actual acupuncture, he is able to put you in a good mind set and make you feel better about yourself by his understanding and ability to listen well. Highly recommend anything to do with this man, cheers Trent.

I came across Trent after it kept coming up on my Facebook page, I needed help with a problem with my shoulder. I made an appointment with Trent, when entering the centre you immediately feel relaxed, my appointment was on time. Trent discussed the issue with me and I felt that he was listening to what my problem was and we also touched on emotional areas that were contributing to the issue. I had acupuncture treatment. I have since had another session with him and have more use of my shoulder. I would highly recommend Trent and his services to anyone, very professional and he has an amazing spiritual air about him.

I have experienced Trent’s many offerings throughout the years and I can attest to his caring and professional manner all the way through. His 1:1 esoteric acupuncture sessions are great in so many levels (the group setting is a great way to dip your toes), his retreats are an amazing experience and as he moves into mentoring sessions now I am sure he will be able to provide so much value to all who choose his services.

I first met Trent when I went on the Hi On Chi retreat in 2021. It was life changing, it set me on a fantastic new pathway and I have not looked back. He introduced me to a whole new world, things I had never thought to try, meditation, esoteric acupuncture, sound baths, yoga nidra, reikki, angel cards and more.
