My dryer broke down so I went there. It gets really busy on a Sunday night. Still working out how to adjust timing use when using EFTPOS to pay. Otherwise it takes coins too.

Very neat and clean place with new machines. Supports eftpos and contains coin changer. Recommended!!

Laundry is good . But change machine doesnt accept coins even if it says it accept coins , I couldn’t find a coin Insert section . Also machine have $10.30 , $13.30 and $7.30 it has eftpos but it also has coin insert section , it doesn’t return change so you are always 70cents over .

It is a modern and hygienic laundry. The machines are clean and powerful, and they accept paywave as well as coins. There is sufficient place to sit too. Since the locality is decent, there are fewer/no junkies around which is good, because in the case with some older laundromats in Epping, Lalor & Thomastown there are lot Dodgy people roaming around. As much as I like this place, there are three drawbacks: 1. No TV like other laundrys 2. Poor/no air-conditioning 3. No free detergent like some of their competitors.

We went yesterday and put our clothes in machine $15 one when we came back and saw door was open and water was everywhere , we called so many time but no one picked our call. We putOur clothes again in other machine and have to spend $15 again. Waste of money . There was no sign board (wet floor) very poor customer service.

Don’t go here if you except other people to take your washing out the dryer & dump it in someone else’s washing basket before it’s finished! That’s just what happened to me! I understand it’s busy but just plain RUDE! They’ve obviously used my time, my clothes i timed to come back too

Would never use this service again, not only did a washer lock and not allow me to grab my washing, but nobody was available for HOURS on either telephone number listed online and in the laundry.I was told that the error would be corrected and my washing would be dried and ready for pick up any time today. Come time today to grab my washing and they're not there because my sister" had taken them last night.NOT impressed."

$1 and get 4 mins?? You do have eftpos but we can't select how much we want to spend on dryers!!!!Every where else you get 8mins minimum but this is a ripoff of a place.
