VIP Plumbing is my go to plumbing company for all the buildings I have managed as a Building Manager. Have been using their services for the past 10 years and never have I ever found a fault in their services. I have had them attend to plumbing issues in the early hours as well as over the weekends sometimes. Their plumbers have been thorough professionals and their work top notch. It’s just been a great experience with them all round. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their plumbing issues sorted.

Incredibly rude, and emergency plumbing booked out for two days, false advertising. Really rude, told us to ring the waterboard for an issue IN house. Never again.

Rude people and reception staff too one qho calls herself Zoey rude. Dont hire these people. Hire Essendon plumbing instead. They arrive late too for appointments.

Had organised someone to come out at 8am today to fix my cooling so took work off. It's now 11.50 am. I've left two messages and still haven't been contacted. Now I'm ringing other airconditioning repair places and the earliest I can get is Monday.Don't bother with VIP Plumbing.

VIP Plumbing were an absolute pleasure to deal with...A real positive trade experience, which we know are very rare these days. There professionalism and expertise gave me the confidence to complete a very complex renovation including a very complex roof design (Architectural), drainage, sewer, gas & water. The quality of workmanship in all aspects was the very best at a very competitive price. Highly recommended to anyone:)
