We bought a bunk bed and had a really great experience all round. Service was great, delivery was quick and most importantly the bed is excellent quality (it's nice when you're assembling furniture and everything goes together perfectly) and looks great. Kids love it, and happy parents!

Disappointing. Agreed on a floor stock item. They told me to wait and not pick up immediately. I followed up 3 times over a month, only to be told they sold it to someone else for 30% less than I was going to pay. Now I have a freshly painted kids bedroom and the only replacement they offered me is 3x the cost.Very nice stuff but disastrously unprofessional service.
