Tasty and generous amount of food. Very friendly staff. Family style of XinJiang cuizine. Average spending is $55 per person. Will come back for more.

The portion of noodle is small and meats are just so few like 5 slices thin meats for $15 are kinda poor value. Noodle stir fried are not dried enough bit too wet. The lamb skewers look good however the meats are so soft as if too much soda on it. Kinda dissatisfied overall. But the foods are ok taste just lack of quantities. And here paying with tab surcharge extra $1 is where gotten me to lower one more star.Edit 29/11/2022. After reading how owner replies to other reviewer's and thought is disgusting and lies. Consumers have been dinning thousands of restaurants and they know. Can tell that you haven't been in Melbourne long enough to understand the market prices. The fact that lack of meats and vegies is really horrendously and overly costs. Perhaps you should go dine in Vietnamese and other Chinese Cantonese cuisine for a visit. And you'll find 10 x more meats than your dish provided. I know there are many new immigrants from China came here running restaurants are mostly over priced and lack of meats. Maybe in China traditionally is less meat more noodle or rice but not here. Even hamburger meat patty have 10 x more meats than your for that cost. And so is pizzas and steaks house. If you apologise to other reviewer's for your action and look into the problems and try to readjust your service behaviour and quantities then i will re edit my review if you do values us as your returning customers. I love uyghur cuisine but you are not the only place i can dine. Think of win win situation! One side win only business wont last.

Fresh ingredients and they all handmade! Can hear the chef making the noodle while enjoying my lassi. Portion can be small for some people but it's decent.

Great handmade noodles and classic Xinjiang style lamb skewers. Not a lot of meat in the noodle dishes as other reviewers have noted, but they do taste great and have that satisfying al dente handmade taste.

Favourite new restaurant, food is beyond good, staff are lovely and always honest if there's going to be a bit of a wait for take away. Portions are generous. If you've never had Uyghur style food it's the perfect mix of something new and something familiar. Can't wait to go back

Excellent Uyghur restaurant with really really nice hand made noodles, so many types to choose from and so many flavours to pick.Used to love this when I was overseas but since coming to Melb couldn’t find anything similar up until now.Definitely my favourite go to for Uyghur, will have to be back for more.The staff are super nice and friendly, always a bonus!!The lamb skewers are highly recommended!
