Beautiful park, facilities are amazing, the cabin we stayed in had everything we needed and the owners Greg and Aileen were so accommodating given we rang at 8 pm for a cabin. We will deffinatley be back again. Great facilities for kids aswell.

Tambo tourist Park is a family friendly place to stayClose enough to the river for some great fishing, walking distance to Swanny Hotel for a great country meal and near enough to Lakes Entrance, Metung and Bairnsdale for shopping, sight seeing, beach escapes and bush walking. Brilliant place to make your base to explore Al the area has to offer.

Such a great place to stay. The owners were lovely and very accommodating! The pool was great too. Very very clean and well maintained holiday park. Will stay again for sure!

What a great friendly caravan parkI’ve been staying here for the last 10 years when working in the area the owners are lovely people and go out of there way to make your stay special. Location is perfect great place for fishing or just relaxing the pub is next door and general store across the road give this place a go when in the area you won’t be disappointed and the rates are reasonable

Tambo River Tourist Park
Nice small park. Good centralized base to explore the Gippsland lakes. Mostly cabin accomodation with powered sites and small number of unpowered sites. Stayed in unpowered site which had luscious green grass. Was positioned too close to highway unfortunately so had road noise and street lights affecting quality of sleep. Both camp kitchen and recreation room require an upgrade. However was really well priced with the unpowered site costing only $35.00 per night for a family of 6.

What a hidden gem. Location is terrific, hosts very friendly and informative. Facilities very clean and camp kitchen has all you could need. Enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool too.

Tambo River Tourist Park
Really lovely park, we camped here for one night and the park was beautiful! Lovely clean amenities and great outdoor heated pool! It also was very reasonable to camp for an unpowered site ($10 per person). We turned up last minute and Greg was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
