Mark has connected the hot and cold backwards in the mixer tap for the shower. Not great but possible forgivable? But it is really really annoying and would require smashing out tiles to remedy. He has been friendly and helpful over a few visits for various plumbing needs. He came to help me resolve some tenant damage and managed to connect the hot and cold backwards in the laundry mixer. At least this one can be accessed to fix (anyone seeing a theme here?). Then tried to gaslight me when I pointed out he’d made a mistake in securing the property. You’ve read the review and you can take your chances.

I enthusiastically recommend Mark, and Harris Plumbing.I contacted Mark via email on a Friday afternoon about a non-urgent plumbing issue. Mark replied quickly, and it was effortless arranging a convenient time for us both.Mark arrived on time as expected, and quickly resolved the problem. Once done, he took the time to explain to me what he'd fixed and showed me how it was working again.As important as Mark's professionalism and punctuality, the cost was very reasonable. I'll be keeping Harris Plumbing saved in my phone for future reference.
