Clean large rooms. Great view of BrisVegas and the river. Right next to the Hamilton pub and close to the airport.

Lift to floor 4 then stairs to level 5Room was mouldy cupboard ready to fell apartHad a walk out balcony veiw of the harbour was fantastic. That's all it had going for it.

Great views of the city. Across the road from thd ferry to town. Close to the airport. Rooms a bit tired but you are only in them for a short while. All the other attributes outweigh the tired rooms.

No not a good stay my sister and brother inlaw stayed a night. Elderly couple the place was not clean it was filthy.No water in the fridge and staff not helpful. My family are not very mobile and they find the lift only goes to the 4th floor where they were booked in on the 5th and had to walk up stairs and my brother inlaw fell down the stairs.What a great start to their special holiday!!

Place is scheduled for a revamp. Even still the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and supportive. Felt very welcomed on arrival. Very comfortable beds, dated but clean. Can't wait to see what the new owners do with this place. I will be back for sure. Best prices in Hamilton.

I'm giving this place a 5 star reason being it was so clean even though it's quite old and could do with a reno I think cleanliness over kooks is everything the service was welcoming and very handy to racecourse road for food and drinks plenty of tea and coffee so really everything you would need for a short stay

Floor had not been vacuumedShower was stained and very slippery we have stayed here a number of times but may look for some where else next time

Lovely warm welcome from the manager,He was super helpful with information we asked about..The motel is on a super busy main road, and across the road from the ferry terminal.The room is of the older style motels. We where in room 15. It is Spacious with river views , see photos. It had a small table, microwave and tea and coffee supplies. Shower pressure is excellent and nice hot water.There is a little bit of road noise from the traffic but your on a main road, so that is to be expected. There is on-site parking and also some security parking.
