After being told my Samsung tablet was 'old, get a new one' and 'it's definitely not the battery', I referred to Dr Google and found GR Phones... As GR was relatively handy to me travel wise I went there. EXCELLENT service, from everyone there. Informative email updates from Ronnie. Picked up tablet on Saturday afternoon, it is working way better than it has for a long time. I know it is 'old' and will need to be replaced at some time in the future, but I am hoping now to get way more life out of it than I might have otherwise done. Thoroughly recommend GR.

I got my iPhone 11 screen replaced with the original apple screen that GR offer. I received amazing customer service from all the staff there. They were extremely clear about the risks involved (due to the way that I broken the screen). There were some complications due to a recent software update, so they stayed back after hours to fix the issue so my phone could be returned to me the same day as promised.The quality of the screen is amazing. It feels like I’m using a brand new phone. All the functions are working well and the staff checked all this in front of me before returning my phone.Extremely impressed with their service and I would confidently refer them to friends and family.

Took in my Unihertz Tank to GR. Phones as it was not a common brand. Only a few months old and didn't want to send it back to China for repair as screen had developed a line of dead pixels. Supplied screen as reseller shipped to replace under warranty. Had.screen replaced not. A standard type of screen, all boards and batteries removed and replaced in to new screen and frame, ,90 screws all working fine after work completed. Very satisfied with outcome.

Having come from the country for 3 days in Adelaide, I took my Surface Pro 3 in for a screen replacement. They didn't have one in stock but managed to get one from Melbourne and have the computer repaired within 2 days. I had an old phone that my wife wanted the photos from. The battery was soft and blown up as the phone was replaced years ago. Sav, was able to recover the photos and movies and my wife was very pleased to see the old memories. The staff were very efficient , and very helpful, as my USB was compromised and unable to view the photos, but with a different USB they were able to do the job again. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.,
