Joseph and the team were great. I dealt mainly with Katie who was always helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the local council shifting goal posts, and WaterLine did their best to accommodate us. Communication was always on point and early. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it was possible.

My previous tanks split over the Christmas period and Waterline even answered my contact request during their Christmas break and provided me with a small tank to transfer water into until new tanks could be arranged. Their service throughout the whole time has been amazing. I am so grateful and would recommend them to everybody. Delivery day was also made easy by the cheery delivery person and his clear directions. Thank you Waterline.

The entire purchase process from WaterLine Tanks, from the first phone call to delivery, was smooth and efficient. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and courteous. The tank was ready ahead of the advised date and delivery was completed at the arranged time by a driver who was extremely helpful. If I need another tank I will be calling WaterLine.

I can't over state the willingness for these guys and gals to help you out. I purchased a kit to add a CFA fitting to my steel tank. they took the time to take me through their factory to see exactly how the installation was to be done. Then 6 months later when I actually got around to doing the job, they were super helpful over the phone explaining how to best do it all over again.I certainly wouldn't hesitate getting anything else from WaterLine Tanks again. It pays to buy local.Thanks team!!!
