East Kew Clinic

Yesterday I had a bike accident near this clinic. Along with various abrasions I was feeling a significant discomfort and pain in my chest. I walked in off the street having never been here before. The staff in the reception could not have been more helpful. Even though they had a full list of appointments Dr Stephen Bernie agreed to see me. His examination was very professional and he sent me off to get a chest X-ray to see if I had broken any ribs. The front desk offered to secure and hold my bike and to order a taxi to take me home. I could not speak more highly of the care this clinic provided.

My doctor is Tim Gray. He's been caring for me for many years, and for my mother before me. He is kind, thorough, and willing to take his time when this is required. Mostly, I like the office staff. Jenny, the practice manager, is one of the sweetest and most caring people you could ever meet. Her offsiders are similarly kind and efficient. And what's more, this review is entirely my idea and unsolicited.

Staff was very nice but just not happy with the doctors service and knowledge don’t recommend this clinic

My family members have been with this clinic for about eight years. We see Dr Gray and Dr Bennie. They and the receptionists are always very professional, caring and friendly.Dr Gray also does home visits for my 80 year-old disabled mum, looks after her medical needs and keeps her health condition stable. We are very grateful for his dedication.This is definitely the best clinic in our area.

I haven't lived in the Kew area for over 15 years but I have always travelled back to The East Kew Clinic. The staff are second to none with their care and kindness. I now have a daughter and I bring her here too as I wouldn't trust anyone else but Dr Bennie and all the staff with her care. Knowing they give the extra care only a professional, trustworthy and kind team like the staff at East Kew does. Thank you East Kew Clinic! ;)

I've been in to see Doctors Benne, Gray and Henderson, and they are all very patient, attentive and caring. The reception staff are so lovely too! My visits here have always been very comfortable and I really appreciate the extra mile everyone here goes out to ensure patients' peace of mind.

Caring and supportive

Dr lesley Seow virtually saved me life. I had an leg accident whilst caravanning in Tasmania but 18 months of looking for surgery was an agonising waste of time.Extensive Googling produced an impressive 5 stars at East Kew Clinic so a quick ferry trip with my van in tow produced the wonderful Dr Lesley.Within a week, via Melbourne Hip & Knee ( Dr Ben Campbell ), I was walking with a new titanium hip paid for by Dept of Vet Affairs.I'm 75 years old and pretty broken but Lesley Seow is the most impressive medical practitioner I've ever been treated by.Love ya girl !Brian Metcalfe.
