Went in fully expecting to pay $100 for 100 minutes of full body acupressure per the photos of the pricing. The prices in the photos match those of the same chain in nearby areas.The price has gone up drastically. It was cheaper for me to get a 90 minute oil massage with feet, but for $145! Far more than I budgeted for. To add insult to injury, after I left I explored the centre and found panda massage do 100 minutes for $110!When I came in I was asked if I had any problem areas. I advised I have fibromyalgia and that my arms and legs experience the most pain. Despite that, nearly the whole massage was spent on my back, with a few minutes of arms and legs that was sloppily done with very little pressure. The biceps were completely missed, as was the upper chest. The insides of my thighs were also completely missed. Both areas I carry the most pain.There was also no massage on the face, which is also disappointing, as I get alot of pain there too

The staff was super friendly and knew exactly where my Mum's pain was located and she feels so much better! Will definitely be visiting more regularly!

Yuki is the best , I visit couples of time , before my shoulder and back was very tide , now I feel much better , highly recommended Yuki , always dedicated to good service Never waste time ,God bless to Yuki and others steff

I recently attended the Body & Balance Massage centre located in Brimbank Shopping Centre in Deer Park and experienced excellent service . The manager (Elaine)was very friendly and helpful in arranging my appointment and the masseur (Sarah) gave me a great massage which relieved the tension in my shoulders and neck . Based on my experience , I can highly recommend this facility to anyone who lives nearby and is in need of a professional massage .

Very bad experience. Paid for Full massage got back massage for 1 hr. They were in such a rush that half of the body massage was done in the waiting area,so that they can facilitate another customer without losing money. Not a good place to.

You have to tell them more advice than Ok
