Our property has been undervalued by Herron Todd thrice now, exactly as other reviews have mentioned. 2 days after valuation from Herron Todd, OPTEON came in and did a correct valuation through a different bank.If you get a call or message that Herron Todd is your valuer, immediately call the bank and cancel your application then reach out to a different bank. There is no use proceeding with this dodgy under-valuation.I am doing that moving forward and letting the banks know the reason for cancellation is their valuer Herron Todd.

THESE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS. I had a valuation done, they are unprofessional. We tried to show them certain features of the property but hey didn't want to see it nor showed any interest. Even the valuation report was wrong, when it was contested they admitted it was incorrect and refused to increase the valuation. If you don't want to get screwed I suggest you steer clear of this company. If you have the unfortunate luck of being assigned them via your bank, I suggest you cancel your application and try again in the hope of getting a different valuer. aka this was their Melbourne office and 100K under valuation. My new valuation was spot on.

WARNING! CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT IF YOU GET HERRON TODD WHITE TO VALUATE YOUR HOUSE.I didn’t believe other people’s review.Now my house valuation is a lot lower ($70,000 lower). I’m trying to refinance with Qantas home loan. And they use Herron Todd for valuation.I was thinking of cancelling this morning. I should have cancelled, and accepted the initial online valuation. But Qantas cheered me up, that the valuation might be higher than what online says. And asked me to relax and don’t read reviews for now.Urgh! Frustrating! I was meant to use the money to renovate my house. Now its gone!

Don't risk your valuation of your property. It took for Amanda literally less than 5 minutes for valuation of our 4 bedroom + Cinema room property. Not one single question whatsoever from us. Undervalued our property 150K. We got our lesson in hard way hopefully you won't.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The 2 people who came today just came into our house, took random photos, did not listen to anything about the work done at home and left in 5 to 10 min. He told me that he knew what the value is and they left. They have under valued my house by more than $100k. Easily the worst home evaluation company in Australia.

Should have listened to the other reviews on here, if you're unfortunate enought to have your bank select HTW as your valuer - just cancel the appointment - waste of time.The valuer spent less than 2mins walking through the property & left - valued it 100k under market val.

If they do your property valuation , it will come below your cost price . Poor communication and poor knowledge ,so avoid if possible. I can see why people have rated it so low ..0 stars if possible

They always give you a surprise - with terribly undervalued numbers.If bad luck, your bank selects HTW as your valuer - just to cancel it straightway.

5 star review for Theo at Herron Todd White, despite what the value may come to, Theo in general is a lovely manHe's valued our house a couple of times and each time, he has been so kind and friendly. My 3yo son loved his visit and didn't understand why he had to leave. Customer service from Theo is above and beyond, more than you can ask for from someone valuing your house :)

Compared to properties with conclusions which made no sense. Also compared a property where the listed bedrooms were wrong. No clue. I would agree with other reviews.the valuers don’t listen and I would cancel my application if to do it again
