Was just staying the night and wanted a workout. Staff were lovely to chat to and helpful. Ran an excellent session with great equipment availability. Will go every time I'm in mackay.

A great place to workout. The Coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The classes can be hard but rewarding. Couldn’t recommend CrossFit 4740 high enough!

Even if It was first time crossfit for me, they are so kind and helpful And people who do workout together are very active inspired me Here is goos place to exercise regularly

Great fun team atmosphere and plenty of equipment. Coaches are welcoming to people of all fitness and skill levels and have time to work with you. Plenty of events to attend and very encouraging towards the younger generations getting involved. Kurt has turned this gym into something special for the community.

Was a great place to workout. Especially when I was visiting. People friendly. Really was happy with hitting a 90kg 1rep Max thruster after a few years of not doing them and great simple workout.Only thing is shirt wasn't advertised with correct price for drop ins.
