Worst experience!KML did a a $4000 job, were paid within days of completion. Found two faulty items within the week and a discrepancy in the invoice. Ken came out acknowledged the defaults and the over charge. Got super angry because he didn't have time to deal with this.KML ended up taking three months to have the faulty items replaced and this was only after putting a complaint in to QBCC.In late January found out the items were purchased through tradelink spoke to them directly who approved the replacement items within days.The initial job was completed in November faulty items finally replaced in February and a small refund for the overcharge finally made after still trying to refund less than appropriate.If you have an issue don't wait put a complaint into QBCC straight away as it seems KML will not do the right thing on their own.

In the space of a year, both mine and my mother's hot water systems packed it in. We live in the same unit block with onsite managers, and KML is the preferred plumber recommended by the managers, although you are not obliged to use them. You will not be disappointed if you use KML. Their tradesman called Fernando, attended each unit. My mother was first, and she was highly complementary of Fernando. He was tidy, polite, careful. And he was the same in my unit. Both times, KML were onsite promptly the morning after the HWS failures. You can tick all the boxes with professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality, quality and value. Without a shadow of doubt, I recommend them and hope they do okay in these awful times for small businesses. Thanks KML :)

I have been dealing with KML Plumbing for quite some time now. They have always been very professional, efficient and their staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend KML Plumbing to anyone who wants to get a job done in a timely manner to a professional standard.

I am delighted with the excellent service I received from KML Plumbing Services this week. Our toilet cistern spontaneously cracked in our bathroom and needed urgent replacement. KML were very responsive and friendly from first call to completed installation of a new unit.I called them Monday and they were very familiar with the unit complex I live in. They were immediately able to advise the current toilet had an all-in-one cistern and pan and it was no longer commercially available. A completely new unit would be required. They understood the footprint for the old unit and knew what replacement needed to be ordered to match that footprint and avoid any tile work. They ordered the replacement immediately and were able to install on Wednesday afternoon.I am extremely happy with the timely manner in which the unit was ordered and installed; I felt only 3 days from initial contact to installation was outstanding. The plumber who attended was very pleasant and highly professional. Very happy with the installation and the work he did and professional sealing job.Invoice sent through the next day and costs were as I expected and very reasonable for new unit, parts and labour. Couldn't be happier with everything and I would be more than happy to use KML again and would recommend their services to anyone.

I used this company twice in the last 12 months. The first thing which impressed me was their prompt attention. Arrived within 10 minutes of nominated time, found the problem and effected necessary repairs. Second time I needed help, same thing, prompt service, quick assessment and repair carried out. Only hiccup was having to visit retailer for parts. However job completed and at what I regarded as a fair and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had a sewerage issue that KML attended. They plumber was very professional in his inspection - keeping me informed of what the problem was. He deemed it a Council issue and contacted them, logging the job details etc and offering to complete the repair himself while here. The council declined the offer. The plumber cleaned up, replaced everything and explained to me what was going to happen with the council. Very professional service. The council ended up sending two utes and then two trucks later that day to do the repair....

Ken has done quite a few jobs for us over the last 3 years.always excellent work and reasonable prices..recommended him to everyone

This was my first experience with KML who repaired my hot water system at short notice. It was a pleasure to deal with Ken and Jason at KML. Friendly, efficient and a fair price. I will definitely stick with KML.
