Nice service! So happy bought the Tineco S3

Absolutely perfect experience,friendly, easy going and not pushy at all compared to other Godfrey stores I've purchased at.Purchased a battery powered vacuum and also a hard floor cleaner spending around $1500 collectively over the year. In just over a year my vacuum kept cutting out because I was rough with it and was passed it's warranty and the hard floor cleaner started making noises because I may not have usee the correct chemical cleaner. Honestly I was expecting them to do the typical warranty speel where it is not our problem it's your problem. The guys at Godfreys made sure even if the vacuum was out of warranty they had it fix under warranty by the manufacturer and the hard floor cleaner was a bit of a grey area so they did what they could and had it replaced. I honestly couldn't have asked for more and it wasn't even about the result but the fact that they tried in a customers behalf.See you guy again once I need an upgrade.

The whole purchasing experience was faultless. Sales team were experienced, understood my requirement and very willing to help. Though I had done some research, they explained options, provided helpful advice and made me feel like I wasn’t being sold to…they helped me make the right decision for my family.Highly recommend them and the additional service you recover compared to a lot of other retail or online experiences.

We purchased the Wertheim Evolution Stick Vacuum Cleaner about 3-4months ago, has completely replaced the need to get out the big old vacuum. We have hardwood floor and some rugs.Recommendation from Owners was spot on, great service and price for product.

I came to pick up my vacuum cleaner and was delighted to have Jay offer to take it out to my car. As I have a disability this was enormously helpful and I was very grateful. Whilst in the store, he spent time and care helping me with another enquiry. Thank Jay.P.S. And a followup phone enquiry was handled so helpfully and pleasantly. Such a delight dealing with these guys.

I was strolling through the home HQ looking to buy a new stick vacuum, I'm glad that I popped my head into Godfreys. The demonstrations were magnificent and the blokes class acts. I loved it so much that instead of buying a Dyson (which I was planning to do) I purchased a Tineco s12. BEST MACHINE ON THE MARKET. Highly recommended, 5 stars. Keep up the good work fellas!!

Really poor customer service. Put my vacuum cleaner in a few years back (am still cross) to get cleaned from dog smells. No one touched it. The rep lied and said it was done. It wasn't and he felt bad and gave me free products instead. I shouldve asked for a refund. Just lazy and dishonest. $70 for nothing. Dont bother.

Ready to buy product just ignored by salesman while he discussed family with customers who entered the shop after me just plain rude!! Not going back
