If you’re wanting to get fit but don’t enjoy chain gyms give Ben a call.After having multiple shoulder surgeries and struggling with my own rehab, I thought shoulder pain was just going to be part of life.Working with Ben has helped me rehabilitate my shoulder to a point where I wouldn’t know I’ve had surgery anymore.That and the overall strength and conditioning work we continue to do is amazing.Plus he can tell you all about the foods you love but shouldn’t eat..Fun, friendly well equipped private gym.Do it.

I've tried to lose weight and get fit about 500 times and due to injuries and laziness, nothing has stuck. Ben has been the first trainer I've had that's kept me motivated. These past 5 months I've lost 20 kilos while adding muscle definition and successfully making lifestyle changes. One the most significant changes has been going from 2 soft drinks a day to none and instead replacing them with 5 liters of water. Ben's a legend and is incredibly patient with me and my endless text messages (700+ in 5 months)
