Loved this shop the other day ,I purchased a Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra phone and plan ,I was in and out in 25 minutes,very happy with my new phone and accessories I got ,the girl that helped me was so helpful she sold the phone with her wisdom of knowledge,great staff

Great place with lovely people out there. Taking appointments as you go with phone number and can come back to join when you can. Awesome service.

Telstra is a completely incompetent company that discriminates against people. They have the worst customer service and do not care about the customer.

I love that TELSTRA ID APP. It's an amazing helpful APP. I getting full service and tic-support through that APP by touch. Made an appointment online(this is the best way) and had great service right at the time of my booking

Unfortunately, i have to edit my review after problems with my elderly mother's phone service started the day after our visit. Although my mother paid for her annual service renewal in store yesterday, she is receiving automated messages demanding she pay. She has spent 3 day trying to get through to the store to solve the problem. No chance, no promised return call back. Overall terrible. This is after a positive visit with a booked appointment. We came here after extremely rude and incompetent service at northland last year. The service at the Broadmeadows shop was quick, efficient, clear and perfect for the older person I was assisting. Unfortunately, mistakes were made, but there is no assistance on the phone to sort out the problem as the phone is never answered and calls never returned as promised. Telstra has absolutely no respect for customers and no shame!

I couldn't speak more highly of this store. I went to the Doncaster and got told minimal information but went to Broadmeadows and the service was impeccable. Sorted out the credit issue for my company which was just a letter from the bank. For the life of me I can't remember the gentelmans name, but he wears glasses. I cannot fault his service.I would recommend this store to any one and I would travel an hour to go to this store even though I live on the other side of Melbourne.Keep up the good work guys!!
