The ambience of the restaurant was calming unlike the usual cha can ting. Even though it was busy during weekend brunch, the service staff were attentive and got to our orders very quickly.The dishes were great and has quite an extensive menu. Some items were missed - such as hargao with a skin too thick.Century egg pork porrridge was a hit. Portions were generous and reasonably priced.

Very smart and stylish ambience with plenty of elbow room for a more relaxed dining experience. I'm not a connoisseur of dim sum so cannot comment more than I enjoyed what I had. Service was efficient and friendly. I came on a week day.

This is an upmarket establishment with impressive fine china and cutlery. The prices on the menu reflect the higher-end fittings of the restaurant. A suitable place to entertain business guests as there is a reasonably extensive wine and liquor collection to choose from.While the food was mediocre on the day we visited, the service and vibe of the place is far superior to your local cheap & cheerful suburban dim sum restaurant. Great place to entertain and impress your gwailo guests.

The service this time was so annoying. We came for dim sum and we were seated at the corner and they hardly came to us. We then ordered the squid and it was PLAIN bland squid with no taste. The last time we came here the squid had so much flavor. Never coming back.

Steamed pork ribs are tender and juicy. The chicken feet are fried just right before steaming, making them slightly chewy on the outside but still succulent beneath. The sponge cake is not bad, either, but we're used to a slightly more moist variant. We have also been to their Joondalup branch but this is so much better.

Same owners, but new head chef.Very high end Chinese, food was fantastic and very fresh, did not have one bad dish.However it is quite expensive, probably most expensive dim sum in Perth. But def worth it for the quality.Some teething issues being new, with some long waits and dishes forgotten about but will definitely return.

Spot for Dimsum you can find in middle of the town for Breakfast or Brunch. If you like a new upgraded interior, then this place offer you that new ambience.The service staffs were fast but the place was just too busy and big, staffs were running around and providing service to almost everyone but looked like they do not have enough staffs at peak time. The Food was OK, but it did not have strong dim sum taste when I went there.Price is slightly above average but it was an OK experience for Brunch.
