I’ve been collecting Louley pieces for years and I am obsessed with the timeless styles and quality. I get wear out of the pieces each season and am constantly receiving compliments whenever I wear them! I love how versatile each piece is, they can be dressed up and dressed down so easily!Love, love, love!

Love my Louley, definitely a staple in my wardrobe & loads of compliments when I wear this brand. Customer service has always been really great. Would highly recommend Louley.

The customer service I found very difficult and disappointing, I would not order again based on that factor. After my parcel didn’t arrive I contact for help and basically was told I needed to contact aus post, which I did and then when I asked for help with next steps no response, no answer to phone calls or messages. Eventually it was suggest by australia post for me to look around the street due to excessive winds in the area and parcel turned up in the bushes in the paddock over the road but which was great! Happy with the dress and packaging as it was kept safe for days in the weather! But the customer service was poor and once they were paid and product shipped they couldn’t have cared less if I received the product or not. I’m just glad I got the dress in the end no thanks to the company
