The service desk man was amazing.. wonderful customer service, as was guy washing cars on return.. we got a smaller car than requested but overall would go with Europcar again

No problems in pick up or drop off. The Nissan XTrail ran well and had no issues. Would recommend Europcar Proserpine airport.

I have adjusted this to 3 star as the company in the end helped my wife with the vehicle after an hour of phone calls....Although wife and child paid for rental car months ago they were stranded as the car rental would not accept our family credit card as bond as it doesn't have her name on it. There were no alternative options. Some of my family have drivers licenses but not their own credit cards so I think this is an archaic rule and some alternatives need to be offered especially when a family is stranded.
