Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Geelong

Mark and his team completed a renovation - bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms (mostly the entire home inside) - over 6 months while we lived in the home. They were totally professional, turned up when they said they would, listened to our questions, and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the renovation. We found Mark and his team to be very honest, respectful and complete work to the highest standards. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for renovations.

Sent an enquiry on their webiste about an extension on our home. Didnt get a response. I then got an automated email asking for feedback and my experience since lodging my enquiry. I emailed back and advised that I hadnt yet received a response. I have still not heard from anyone. Poor customer service. If the initial interaction with them is anything to go by I wouldnt recommend.

Our experience with using Smith and Sons to replace the deck around our house was excellent. The quality of work was terrific and the team was very responsive and great to work with.

Mark Stewart and his Smith & Sons Geelong team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Mark and the team were recommended to us for the project of completely renovating the interior of our 20 year old 2 level Torquay home. The project touched every room in the house and involved completely new bathrooms, a kitchen, change of flooring material as well as repainting and spanned the period October 2020 to April 2021. We have just finished a fairly extensive whole house renovation with Mark and the team from Smith and Sons Geelong and we are so happy with the end result. Working with Mark, Ben and the team and trades was a dream compared to so many horror stories you hear from other people undergoing renovations - Mark is professional, fantastic to deal with, all the work was completed to a really high standard, quality trades, nothing overlooked. We felt so comfortable having Mark and his team and other trades in our house, and had no issues at all. Mark kept in constant contact with us, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a very tired ensuite that needed a complete overhaul. Mark and his team were fantastic. The quote provided was very detailed with compliance to relevant Australian Standards referenced, which was very important to me. They understood what design I wanted, and were able to execute the project exactly as I had imagined. The communication was excellent, the trades people they engaged arrived as scheduled and came and went with minimal fuss. Overall they are a very professional team who I would have no hesitation in recommending or engaging with for further renovations.
