My mum purchased a necklace for me in store as a present. It’s a silver necklace that I have worn probably 3 times and it went completely black and tarnished. I have tried cleaning it and even took it into a jewelry place to get it cleaned professionally and it didn’t come up at all. $149 for a necklace that is completely ruined.

Stone fell out of ring after 3 days. Had to wait 3 months for it to be assessed. Then told it would take at least 6 weeks to be repaired. Then informed I had to pay to have it repaired. Poor quality for the price

I want to thank Alisha for her level of customer service, thoughtfulness and patience in the making of my engagement ring and wedding band.We have an illness in our family and Alisha was extremely sensitive and did everything she could to have my engagement ring made earlier than we expected.She also put up with my endless emails when designing my wedding band but the end result was perfect.I am absolutely blown away with how beautiful my rings are.Thankyou so much Alisha, you have made this an experience we will never forget.

I had to exchange a ToniMay pendant and received the most wonderful customer service both online and then also in store. I received an online response immediately and both the lady online and in store went above and beyond to ensure my item was exchanged quickly and that I had a positive experience. Highly recommend ToniMay’s beautiful jewellery and their excellent customer service.

So extremely disappointed. This is the second purchase i have made with Tonimay and i wish i could be as happy as i was the first time. I fell in love with the Mother of Pearl Ring Dish and purchased. I was so so SO excited to receive this piece. Only to open to package and to be extremely disappointed. The product glazing is only within the bowl and not on the outside. So the dish only looks nice if you're standing directly over it. The outside is messy and unfinished. Not the price you would expect for $110!!! Customer service advised they never stated the outside would also be glazed - for $110 its expected it would be! I requested a refund as i explained the item is misrepresented on the website. Notice how there only photos from the top??? They have refused a refund and have provided no solution. It is unreasonable to have a No refunds & exchange" policy just because. This item is not the high quality piece i was lead to believe i was purchasing. Had i known the product looked like this from the outside i would never have spent that amount of money on it. This was meant to be a statement piece so show off my rings. I am so disappointed in the product and the customer service provided. Unfortunately i will no longer be making purchases from Tonimay or recommending their products to friends and family."

I was introduced to Toni May by a friend who gave me Delphi Copper Turquoise Necklace. I love this piece of jewellery and it is one of my favourite. I recently purchased the Alchemy Ametrine silver ring. Unfortunately Australia Post lost the parcel in transit. This was of no fault of Toni May. I reached out to Toni May via email and explained the situation and forwarded the email fromAustralia post. They were so wonderful and quick. They sent me a new ring straight away and I received it within a day. I cannot recommend Toni May highly enough for their beautiful jewellery that is lovingly hand made and their great customer service.

Absolutely in LOVE with my bespoke ring stack from ToniMay! Alisha has been a dream to work with & kept me updated throughout the 8 weeks production. I just received my custom made ring from ToniMay, made from white gold and my daughter's birthstone, Tourmaline. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. I dealt with Alisha who was so helpful and very quick to respond to all of my inquiries . As it was a custom ring, i was given a timeframe of 6-8 weeks for the ring to be ready, however it only took 4 weeks for me to receive it. I couldn't love it more and will definitely be buying more ToniMay jewellery in the future.
