APPALLING SERVICE AND NO KNOWLEDGE!!!The GERIATRIC pops there has no clue about engine oils what so ever and Claims a higher quality oil will destroy a diesel engine as it doesn't say diesel oil on the front label. THIS OLD MUPPET HAS NO IDEA WHAT SO EVER. RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND ONLY WANTS TO SELL penrite as gets gifts from the local penrite Factory.Management needs to put this pops in the back with a broom or sign him into a aged care facility.

They're alright. Good prices.Not the greatest customer service.Waited at the counter for 5 mins for someone to come. No one did, found someone and ask to pay for it. They ended up yelling across the store for someone to watch the front.Not the greatest impression of a store

Hello to Repco/ Spares box I have not received ant satisfactory explanation as to where my ORDER PAID FOR sandblasting cabinet is.I have spoken to the Repco workshop rep and He is in agreeance that Spares box Advertised a sandblaster for sale NOT a piece of Perspex. I will take this matter as far as I can. I will contact Repco Australia which I believe owns Sparesbox. I will also my Capricorn representative of Repco and will permanently block Our workshop from buying using and dealing with this company. I did not make the mistake in advert, I see you pulled my second order with rubbish about no stock when there was plenty at the time of purchase.

Chaz was extremely nice and helpful for us this morning!We needed a battery for my car that was acting weird and he gave us the battery and helped us with the tools so we could install it and gave us the peace of mind that if battery isn't the issue, we can return it!

Horrible store, was told by store that my order was canceled as I was too late to pick it up, and was then denied a refund by customer service as the item was shown as picked up from store! Fraudulent and rude

This store needs a good manager, Very poor customer service, 4 customers in the whole store and I counted at least 9 staff , I’m standing at front counter waiting then at rear counter waiting for a long time to speak with a staff member but there on the phone, walking around and talking amongst themselves, I’ll never shop at this store again …
