Can I give 0 stars? Called them regarding a screen protector I paid for less than 3 months ago which is cracked, bubbling and peeling off my phone. Looking closely it doesn't cover my entire screen. This protector was recommended to me by the member who served me at the store.There answer was there's no return on accessories and we can fix it for you and charge you for a new one."Not good enough when it's clearly a faulty product. Poor customer service.Avoid."

We came here to get a screen / cover case for a gen 1 ipad pro. The lady gave us fast, efficient and polite customer service. It's rare now days to find customer service at this level. We will be back again in the future foe any phone case related needs. Thankyou.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they lie about the price they initially quote you but they also give you your phone back more damaged than it originally was.To top it all off they are extremely rude and will never admit that they are at fault if something was damaged by them. Instead they throw it back in your face and say this is how you brought it to us even though it’s not the case.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you don’t want to be spoken to rudely and ripped off!

Staff were incredible friendly and helpful. They fixed a crack in my screen really quickly and were very knowledgeable. It cost me a bit more than I would have liked but didn't break the bank.

I paid $220 for a screen repair and a screen protector. Upon receiving it, a few immediate issues:My screen wouldn't turn on, but the phone was on, as indicated by the vibrating.After that since, my phone has trouble connecting. I have no service at all. I took it to them and told them the issue and they refused service, claiming that this was not their fault. This only started to happen AFTER they fixed their phone, it was never an issue beforehand.Don't come here.

Beyond disappointed. Changed two phones, mine and my wifes phone, put one with a huge stain on it and one with the worst quality screen, look at the saturation.Then they blame the customer, DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE

I bought a screen protector 8 weeks ago. Screen bubbles top and bottom. I returned it Sunday, followed their instructions and Sunday night bubbles reappeared. Of course we could do a special deal I was told. Truly..RUBBISH SERVICE.1 star is too much.

Paid $40 for screen protector which was very bad in quality. Bubbles everywhere on screen. Poor quality of glass protector. Won't recommend this shop. All glass protectors are cheap ebay product which you can get for $2
