The staff were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products. Their help made us make the best decision for our bedding needs. Nothing was to much. I had a really beaut experience shopping for a new mattress and base at the Ballarat store . The staff were very helpful and friendly. My partner and I recently purchased a cloud gel medium mattress, best mattress. Have best sleep every night. Great support, soon as you lay down. Anyone on fence don’t be best investment you make sleep is important.Don’t notice when my partner moves around either.Great service we got soon as we walked in, honest real customer service at Ballarat store. Will be recommending to everyone I knowThank you for recommending this and glad we got it.We look forward to jumping into bed every night now.

Bought a bed base from Chiropedic Ballarat, service was amazing.Andrew was polite, friendly and very helpful. We have a child with Autism who likes to jump onto the beds, so we needed a base that wasn't to low to the ground and strong enough to support the weight of our 'little' jumper.Andrew was wonderful in his suggestions. 100% recommended Andrew and Chiropedic Ballarat for bed and base!
