We used these guys to move house and they were great.Office ladies were polite and accommodating and the guys who packed and unpacked the truck were so professional, organised and well mannered.Highly recommend these guys.

Would highly recommend these guys. I was very nervous about moving after living in my property for 18 years. Settlement for my sale and purchase occurred on the same day, and without the good advice from Julie, I would have been stuck! The removal guys, Jacob and Kurt were fantastic! They didn't break or damage or forget anything, I am so glad I went with this company. Thank you so much!

My wife asked them for a quote which they came out and conducted, then wouldn't get back to us with a price. She called and left messages 5 times as the person who came to conduct the quote was certain they could help. The people in the office were dismissive and didn't seem to care about whether or not they could help us. My wife persisted as the guy who came to our house was friendly and she felt obligated to use him for our move. Today, after 10 days of getting stuffed around, they finally returned her call and said that their truck wasn't big enough to fit our stuff" so they cant help us! What a massive stuff around."

I used Williamson Bros in June for a small move from Port Macquarie to Goulburn. Could not be happier with the excellent service from every single member of staff l spoke to. Office staff were extremely helpful and the two men who loaded and delivered my items were exceptional. Compared to other removal companies i have used i thought the price i was quoted was very reasonable and l would not hesitate to use Williamson Bros again or refer them to others.Sandy Pettitt

Very dangerous truck driver , didn't give me way instead giving indicators for more then 10 seconds . 21 may 08:30ish pm near ballina north . Pulled over at murrliambah ampol to talk to driver and he was very aggressive and was coming to fight. I myself as a bdouble driver , will send the truck rego and my dash cam recording to Nhvr and police link. The truck is definitely not limited to 100km/hr . Tell that young driver to have some patience and show courtesy to fellow road users especially truck drivers.

Would not recommend, very poor service. It took 2 weeks and 5 days to deliver two small bookcases from Sydney to Brisbane which is ridiculous! I contacted them to seek a refund or even a partial refund given the massive delay and they refused and said this was a good timeframe. According to Google I could of walked there in just 4 days.

I used this company in March this year. It was the worst moving experience of my life. Most of my furniture was damaged to some degree from things rubbing against each other due to inadequate padding blankets.At least two boxes of goods disappeared, including half my everyday dinner set. Boxes marked Fragile were stacked from floor to ceiling so inevitably there were a lot of breakages.Management were totally unhelpful, suggesting I imagined I owned these things.They may have a good team but I certainly got a very bad one.

Negligent truck driver - contacted the company to make them aware of the dangerous driving of one of their employees who cut me off multiple times - did not receive a response/ or acknowledgement

Friendly reliable removal and storage company in Kempsey. Great staff, very professional to deal with. They picked up all our furniture in Sydney, and stored it for us for 6 months before delivering it to our new address. Very reasonable rates.
