Poor quality cushions, expensive to replace when advised by Harvey Norman staff would last at least 10yrs.. We've had them for 6. Company values do not meet consumer expectations

Multiple delayed deliveries and incorrect delivery days made a simple project very difficult. Great product, helpful/prompt sales rep and friendly customer service let down by sub standard execution.
