Unfortunately our pipes to the greasetrap and from the greasetrap blocked up and caused us a bit of havoc. I was recommended to this plumber, who was not only prompt on the same day, but was friendly, knowledgeable and sorted our problem on the day. I would fully recommend them and we will be using them for some other plumbing work required in the not to distant future.

I have always been very impressed by the Freeflo teams commitment to solving the issue at hand. Knowing where my money's going is important to me, so I particularly appreciate that the plumber’s (Carl & Lucas) who attends writes a very thorough breakdown of the works they complete. You can truly see the focus, effort and critical thinking they've applied to resolving the issue. Yes, other plumbers may be mildly cheaper but honestly, that peace of mind knowing the job will be done properly and you won't have to worry anymore, it really is priceless.

I had a water leak right next to the water meter on the property side.Carl has been a great help and he responded very quickly to my enquiries.He came through and fixed the issue within the hour of contacting him. With an affordable price to fix the leak, he was open and honest prior to the job with costings and after the job completion he also explained and showed me what caused the leak.After fixing the leak, he was also very helpful with further questions when he left.Great service, would highly recommend to friends and family

Needed some work done to help us get a dishwasher installed and Freeflo came recommended from a friend. They were able to accommodate us really quickly and did a great job sorting everything out .Hardest part about needing plumbing work done is finding someone that's going to do a good job. I highly recommend Freeflo, great group of people that do great work!

Great company to deal with, Carl was very professional and the work was carried out to the highest standard. Our house had the tiniest of gas leak and with his sophisticated leak detection equipment was able to locate and fix the leak quickly. Will definitely use them again.
