Chicken Treat
Really nice staff with great service. Ordered fried chicken with spicy sauce and coleslaw. We did wait as they made a fresh batch of chicken for us. The chicken was fantastic and even got an extra leg piece. One of the best coleslaw we have had. CT is on top of our list for chicken nights now.Keep up the good work team!

Chicken Treat Southern River used to be one of the best. Now it's the worst. Very disappointed when only a little over 12 months ago, they delivered hot, fresh, tasty meals. Tonight, the Baconary burger ended up in the bin, inedible and unpalatable, the sauce tasted like vomit. The wrap was unevenly heated and tasted like regurgitated/reconstituted leftovers. The half chicken was tasteless and dry. Nowhere near as tender and juicy as before. Where did the freshness go? Another one to remove from the treat list. Won't be going back again.

terribly understaffed, was so busy tonight 22/09/22. I felt bad for the girl working at the front, she was trying her best, looked like a workout. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order as had to wait extra for the crunchified chicken. They need to have more people on, very disappointed

Disgusting by male staff here to elderly lady in front of me, he refuse to answer questions about meal, walked away as customer tried to order, I had to help her, then when I tried to order he said he can't do that and walked away, then I asked why it is a normal order he said he can't do that...he needs to loose his job,,I will never go there again. Shame on chicken treat..

Ordered and took the food home and it was incorrect, than came back to get a blunt response from the gentlemen behind the counter telling me that's not what I ordered. Don't put words in my mouth, I know what I ordered. Perhaps slow down and stop rushing and actually listen to people!

Regular costumer mostly on Tuesday asks Thursday arvos and the cashier is allways nice and amazing and helpful and the food is spectacular

Great staff (man in the kitchen) offered to replace my chips to fresh ones for my ordered-earlier meal after I took some time to shop at Woolies, quality was really good too. I am impressed.
