Decided to stop by before heading back to launceston, was the right decision. Had the best fish and chips I've ever tasted (ordered battered flathead fish, crumbed scallops these were absolutely amazing. Additional order: salmon quiche, was normal)

Had very high expectations for this establishment based on reviews and local recommendations. Staff were friendly, fish on display was fresh and menu had plenty to select from. We choose the Fisherman’s Catch. It was good, in fact very good but not the best over the counter fish and chips we have enjoyed in Tasmania.

Talk about super fresh !!!We were so happy to actually get good Australia produce and the taste and flavour did not dissapoint.Fresh Oysters were divine.Fish and chips were a treatalso.A must if you're in George Town.

Beautiful fresh fish and chips in an unexpected but nonetheless pleasant setting. An experience my family will remember fondly for many years along with others of our trip to Tasmania.

Fresh seafood and friendly service. Had the stripy and frozen scallops. Very fresh fish and even the frozen scallops were very nice after being thawed out and cooked.

Some of the most splendid fish and chips I have consumed. The atmosphere and surrounds are perfection and the vibe is slay. The food memory I have acquired from eating at George Town fish and chips is just astounding. Overjoyed with my experience.

Really yummy fish and chips. The fish is delicious, cooked perfectly and the batter is so light. We got the silver level (gummy flake) when we went but it changes. We also got some crumbed scallops and a scallop pie. The scallops were great too, the pie average. Don’t miss the fish and chips!
