Able Chimney Sweeps

Just had a wonderful job done cleaning my chimney! Russell did a great job and was a pleasure to have in my house. No mess and careful with all my precious clutter. Would not hesitate to have him again or to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!!

Beware, dithering old man needs to retire, did more talking than cleaning in one hour, antiquated equipment at best, looked like an old dunny brush with only a couple of bristles left, brushed by hand for 5 mins, nothing came down from chimney, still doesn't draw properly and wants to charge $160. Only used two extension pieces, not doing the top, didn't clean the damper either. Walked clay into my Persian carpets and didn't care less. Since phoned around to discover they now use modern electrical equipment with a drill on the end of a proper brush. Be prepared to hear all the ins and outs of all his family & friends lives, not interested just wanted my chimney to draw properly again.

Russell answered phone promptly and gave very helpful advice over the phone on how to solve removing a bird trapped in the wood heater flue. Worked perfectly. Within 5 minutes bird free. Very knowledgeable and polite.
