Mac1 Service Townsville

Cannot speak highly enough of the service at Mac1. I recently was faced with nearly a$1000 bill to repair my Mac Pro that was 5 mth out of warranty. The amazing techs assisted me by not only covering the cost through Apple, but I have a whole new machine rebuilt.!!Will definitely keep buying Apple due to this fantastic after care service

Highly recommend Mac1 for Apple troubles. Reece was so professional and accommodating - and clearly knows his stuff!! I was very disappointed my new iMac less than six months old failed on me! Reece turned a poor experience into a pleasant one, replacing the motherboard and returning the machine to me in perfect order under warranty. Still a bit annoyed with Apple, but I can't fault the staff at Mac1 / School Locker. A+ for customer-service and tech expertise. Thank you :)

Reece helped me through several device malfunctions in the past few months and treated me with such a high customer service level i felt compelled to write an outstanding review. Honestly am not usually a review kind of person but i felt so happy and humbled with the way i was received at mac 1 / the school locker by him that i wanted to give recognition for the hard work and patience i recieved in what was a bit of a frustrating time having devices die and break and spread the word to definitely see him for any technical issues anyone in the Townsville region may face...he is definitely your guy. extremely satisfied customer :)

Aroney Reece who runs the Service department at Mac1 is excellent and gives wonderful service. He really helped me with some issues with my MacBook Air that even Apples advisors couldn't resolve.

These guys are amazing. We were so impressed with their service and the time they took to help us. They were really interested in our situation and advised us accordingly.We will certainly be back again when we are in the area. Thanks again.

First rate great friendly service

Pretty shocking customer service over the phone, tried to call Mac 1 for a repair and the lady who answered from school locker was rude and unhelpful, couldn’t transfer me to Mac 1 because of a phone issue, then refused to pass the phone to them because they were to busy. Mac 1 should have their own phone service and the employee needs some further training on customer service.
