I find most of the staff, impatient arrogant and rude, particularly one Asian male attendant who is exceptionally rude. I encountered him again at their Pennant Hills branch, ironically whilst I was actually trying to avoid him at their Cherrybrook branch, he floats between branches apparently. Nice to know. I think I will be using Laverty testing, for future tests.

7.30am. 11 people waiting, 1 Person working.Ridiculous.

Look sometimes there’s a bit of a wait here (but there is everywhere these days). But I find the staff a lot more friendly, and professional, than some of the other branches.

I went at 8am Monday morning and was number 17, I spoke to some other people waiting and they said they were up to 6 at the time. After half an hour I had seen one person walk out so I gave up waiting. Most other times there’s a wait but never that bad

Front of house staff poorly trained - if trained at all. The reception is the size of a walk in wardrobe. Prospective patients were hanging around outside the unit as there was nowhere inside to sit or stand inside. A sign told new patients to pick up a number and wait to be seen - which I did. Twenty mins, and several patients later, it became clear that there was a different process in place which did not require a number. I introduced myself again and then waited behind others who had come in after me. The place was small and chaotic. If you can get tested elsewhere then I strongly advise you to do so.

Staff are sooooooooo!!!!!! slow. Only 1 staff member on when they open and to make things worse for some tests they allow people to book apointments.

Absolutely dreadful. If I could give less than one star, I would. I waited for WELL over an hour while only 3 other people were in front of me! There were 2 people working, but despite the growing queue, one of them decided to take a 30 minute morning tea break. Look… I appreciate that people should get breaks during work, but I arrived before 10am so it’s not like they’d been working half a day without a break. Completely unacceptable.

Someone should educate them in the fine art of customer service. Starting with Communication 101 and working upwards from there. Smile 101 would be a suggested elective subject.

Went after the usual morning rush to find a room full of people waiting! No nurses in site as both in a room loudly discussing how to find a phone number for a patient that left a sample earlier without the right form. Why does it take 2 nurses to track down 1 number when there is a room full of people - after 15mins of waiting they finally started seeing the patients actually waiting most of which were fasting. Relief I thought but the one nurse took almost 20 mins for one patient chatting about everything under the sun (the rooms are not soundproof so I heard every word) - there was no urgency for her - she just didn’t care about making us wait. Finally my turn when a patient arrived with an appointment was taken in before me, I explained I had to be at work and I was next but she refused - I left and was seen almost straight away at Laverty a short drive away!!!
