Pandora Sunshine Plaza

WOW! The staff (well 2 of them) were SO massively rude! They were a little busy and one staff just completely ignored us and served other customers, so we went to the counter to wait, a staff came to the counter and asked who was here first I put my hand up she looked directly at me, hesitated and then literally walked away from the counter and found a customer looking at a cabinet..... To bad that I was there to buy two bracelets and 3 charms each for my neices, even had them picked out.... Would have been a simple taste and I was just ignored! I walked out and WILL NOT RETURN to this store!3 years later..Well, niece wanted something from here and I decided to go back and try, but the ignorance of the staff was just down right rude, I'd forgotten I had written this review and was about to write one up, only to be reminded of the last experience.. years apart, and same treatment. I get the feeling I was treated the way I was due to being male and looking like I don't have as much money as I do. But this has affirmed my distaste for this store.

I went to Pandora today, and they were busy, there were probably over 10 customers in store. I waited a bit and I felt sorry for them. Then one of the staff approached me, it seems like she was the manager or something, but she fixed my issue straight away with a necklace gifted to me two years ago. Thank you so much! And I hope that customers would just be a little bit patient as the holiday season is approaching.

Most lovely helpful team. Sian was brilliant. After no response or communication from the online store and a not so positive experience with the kawana store, the girls at Maroochydore were incredible with an exchange..I will drive the extra 29 mins to shop there in future.

It would be a six if there was an option. We were served by “Char”. A+. If you could bottle her costumer service skills you would make a fortune. Has mentioned she’d only been there 3 weeks. It seemed as if she had been there for long term. Thank you Pandora also for having more than two sizes :)

I was amazed by the level of costumor service and profesionalism in this fresh new store, nothing was a problem, everyone was smiley and happy. Kira served us and it was a very pleasant experience.

The lovely lady that was on Thursday morning (She was the only staff member in the store) had fantastic customer service. Went in with a warranty issue with my bracelet and she straight away saw the issue and replaced my bracelet with a new one and arranged for my charms to be rethreaded. 5/5 customer service.Thankyou for all your help!

We visited Pandora store at the Sunshine Plaza with my daughter to buy her a gift. We were assisted by Joel and want to thank him. Joel was attentive, patient and most helpful. He tried to make us feel comfortable although we rolled in quite late. We bought a set of rings and a silver bracelet with a few charms. My daughter is loving her Pandora jewellery a lot. Thank you Joel, thank you Pandora.

Visited the Maroochydore store today, served by a nice young man. My very old Pandora bracelet fell off as catch was worn out. He spoke to the lady manager and I reveived a new bracelet and catch. I was extremely surprised and very happy. Thank you.

Young girls all working here, I would like to be served by an older women, they seem to be able to hold a basic conversation .I love my Pandora and the vibe was not classy at all. T-shirts and runners.Would prefer to buy on line.
