Excellent little music store on Glenhuntly Road. Very helpful and great knowledge on all things music related!Joules did a brilliant job on restoring and cleaning up my old guitar and now it sound better than ever. Super impressed.Also having lots of fun re-learning guitar here with Charlie.Glad I walked in.

Joules has fixed 3 of my guitars the latest being an Epiphone arch top which I love but never enjoyed playing until I gave it to Joules, now it sounds brilliant after having the better strings suggested to me and a bit of action lowering. Brilliant service quick, reliable and right first time everytime.

Joules is such wonderful help and he knows his stuff. He was great in advising me how to start my son on guitar (Henry the guitar teacher is equally wonderful!). Recently, he helped in choosing an excellent beginner electric guitar for my son with a very good package (amp, straps etc). Highly recommended!

Whilst checking out the opening hours, I noticed that I can write a review. I have infrequently visited Caulfield Music Centre over its decades of operation. I would like to thank the recent owner/rep that has assisted me with advice and spare parts to fix my instruments. Recently on purchasing a bone nut/bridge he even threw in a plastic one for me to practice shaping before tackling the bone version. Great bloke, wealth of knowledge. Thanks

Dropped my guitar off for a set up and new set of strings about a year ago, I got same day service and good instructions on how to maintain my guitar. i took my guitar home and plugged it in and i was amazed at the positive change in the tone and playability of the guitar. Ive reluctantly replaced the strings once since then and im still more than happy with the set up. thanks :-)

The guy who works here is extremely nice and helpful. He helped me with my violin and kindled the fire in me to pursue playing the violin. He also gave me a local violin tutor when I asked for it. Definitely a good place if music is your passion.

A fantastic company! I can’t speak highly enough about their staff. I have 2 sons (6 & 8) learning instruments here. In a little over 10 lessons and no prior knowledge both have been able to get the hang of their instruments. A special mention of Mike the drum teacher. Both lessons and equipment are reasonably priced too.
